By posting your photos, text, video to a social media site or platform with an NBA-designated hashtag, you agree to permit NBA Properties, Inc. and its affiliates and designees to include your photo, text, video, including your likeness, within NBA-related advertising, promotional materials and/or any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation, permission or notification.
