5. Winner Determination: Winners will be selected on May 25, 2024, in the office of NBA Philippines located at Unit 1701 The World Plaza E-Square Information Technology Park, 5th Avenue, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City. An individual random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Raffle Promo Period by Administrator, an independent judging organization. The individual random drawing will be witnessed by a DTI representative. The Administrator will decide on all matters relating to this Raffle Promo, subject to the approval of DTI based on existing government rules. Odds of winning the Prize will depend on the number of eligible entries received for the drawing.

6. Prizes: Five (5) Grand Prizes: Each Winner will receive 1 Jersey, 1 Cap, and 1 Polaroid Photo signed by one LE SSERAFIM member. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") = 9370.2 Philippines Peso (“PHP“). Total ARV of prizes: 54,007.68.

7. Costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of prizes not specified herein as being awarded, including, but not limited to, taxes shall be shouldered by the winner. All payment of taxes (including income and withholding taxes, if any, and payment of the 20% tax imposed for prizes exceeding Php10,000.00), remitting the same, and all other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of a prize not specified herein as being awarded are the winner’s sole responsibility.

8. Prizes are not convertible to cash but transferrable.  

9. Winner Notification: By entering, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor and judges, which will be final upon approval of the DTI. The potential Prize winners will be notified by email and registered mail. Each potential Prize winner will receive 2 reminder emails (for a total of 3 emails).

 

10. Winners List:  For the winners’ names (available on May 31, 2024), visit  http://winners.teamdigital.com/NBAIDPhilippines. The Sponsor shall submit to the DTI the list of names, addresses, contact number of the winners and their corresponding prizes.

The potential Prize winners will be required to execute and return a Prize Claim form within (60) days from receipt of notification by registered mail. Non-compliance with the foregoing or with these Official Rules in any way, the inability to contact a potential winner (as specified above) or return of prize or prize notification as non-deliverable may, upon prior approval of the DTI, result in disqualification and the awarding of the applicable prize to an alternate potential winner in a random drawing from among all remaining entries. The Prize will be awarded to the person named on the applicable entry (subject to verification of eligibility and the terms of these Official Rules).  In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any Entrant, the Entrant will be deemed the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry provided that such individual is eligible and such individual complied with these Official Rules.  “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.  Proof (to Sponsor’s satisfaction) of being the authorized account holder may be required by Sponsor.  In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible.  The Released Parties (see paragraph 15) are not responsible for electronic communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind, or insufficient space in Entrant’s e-mail account to receive e-mail messages.  The Released Parties are not responsible for false, incorrect, changed, incomplete or illegible contact information. In the event: (a) a potential winner cannot be reached for whatever reason after a reasonable effort has been exerted based on the information stated in the Registration, (b) of noncompliance with the above or within any of the aforesaid time periods, (c) a potential winner is found to be ineligible to enter this Raffle Promo or receive the given prize, (d) a potential winner cannot or does not comply with the Official Rules, (e) any email notification to a potential winner is returned as undeliverable for whatever reason, or (f) the potential winner declines to receive the prize to be awarded for whatever reason, the potential winner shall be disqualified from this Raffle Promo and an alternate potential winner for the applicable prize will be selected in a random drawing from among all remaining entries, upon prior approval of the DTI.

11. Winners may claim the Prize at NBA Philippines, Inc., Unit 1701 17/F The World Plaza L4 B5 E-Square Information Technology Park, 5th Ave. BGC Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City 1630.

12. To claim the Prize, the winners must present the notification received and a valid government issued.

Prizes should be claimed within sixty (60) days from receipt of the notice via registered mail or the Prize will be forfeited in favor of NBA Philippines with prior approval of DTI.

15. Eligibility:  The Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of NBA Philippines, Inc. (“Sponsor”), NBA Properties, Inc. (“Sponsor”), NBA Media Ventures, LLC, the National Basketball Association (“NBA”), the Women’s National Basketball Association, the NBA 2K League, their collective member teams, and any applicable Players Union including but not limited to the National Basketball Players Association and the National Basketball Retired Players Association (collectively, the “NBA Entities”), and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, governors, owners, distributors, retailers, advertising/promotion agencies and teamDigital Promotions, Inc. (collectively, “Released Parties”), and the immediate family members (parent, spouse, sibling or child and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside or relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity) and those living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win a prize. The Raffle Promo is subject to all applicable laws. The information you provide as detailed below will only be used for Raffle Promo purposes.

16. Miscellaneous. By participating, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that: 1.) If selected as a prize winner, the Released Parties and their designees and assigns may use (unless prohibited by law) such Entrant’s name, voice, city/state/province/territory of residence, biographical information, photograph, and/or other visual likeness for advertising and/or trade purposes and/or for the purpose of posting his/her name on NBA.com and/or for TV or radio broadcasts and/or for any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known worldwide in perpetuity without further compensation, permission or notification; and 2.) Released Parties are released, will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by Entrants against any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind (whether due to negligence or otherwise) to person(s), including death, or property, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize, or participation in this Raffle Promo.  

 

17. Entry Information and Raffle Promo Communications:  As a condition of entering the Raffle Promo, each Entrant gives consent for Sponsor to obtain and deliver his or her full name, postal address and other information to third parties for the purpose of administering this Raffle Promo and to comply with applicable laws, regulations and rules.  Any information Entrants provide to Sponsor may be used to communicate with Entrant in relation to this Raffle Promo or on a Raffle Promo winner list. The information provided by Entrants will be used pursuant to the NBA’s privacy policy available at: http://www.nba.com/news/privacy_policy.html.
