Please read these Official Terms & Conditions carefully before registering for or attending NBA House Philippines.

By registering for, attending, entering, or participating in NBA House Philippines, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood and accepted these Official Terms & Conditions, together with any applicable venue rules, the NBA Terms of Use (https://www.nba.com/termsofuse), the NBA Privacy Policy (https://www.nba.com/privacy-policy), and other instructions communicated by the Organizer, the NBA Entities, the venue, or event personnel.

1. Event
NBA House Philippines is an immersive NBA fan experience featuring basketball-themed activities, entertainment, sponsor activations, photo opportunities, merchandise, performances, appearances, contests, giveaways and other fan engagement activities.
The Event is scheduled to take place on August 29 to 30, 2026 at SPACE at One Ayala, Makati City, Philippines, or such other date, time or venue as may be determined by the Organizer.
For purposes of these Official Terms & Conditions:
“Event” means NBA House Philippines and all related activities, activations, performances, appearances, contests, recordings, broadcasts and promotions.
“Organizer” means Eventscapemanila Inc., together with its affiliates, contractors, agents, representatives and authorized service providers engaged in connection with the Event.
“NBA Entities” means NBA Properties, Inc., the National Basketball Association, NBA Media Ventures, LLC, NBA Asia Limited, WNBA Enterprises, LLC, the NBA member teams, the WNBA member teams, and each of their respective affiliates, licensees, sponsors, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns.
“Promotion” means any contest, sweepstakes, raffle, prize draw, giveaway or promotion conducted in connection with the Event.
“Released Parties” means the NBA Entities, Organizer, venue, sponsors, partners, registration platform, agencies, service providers, and each of their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns.

2. Eligibility
The Event is open to individuals who successfully complete the registration process and satisfy all eligibility, age, identity and admission requirements determined by the NBA Entities or Organizer.
Attendees under the age of eighteen (18) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, unless otherwise permitted by the NBA Entities or Organizer. By accompanying a minor and completing registration on the minor’s behalf, the parent or legal guardian consents to the processing of the minor’s personal data (including images) in accordance with these Official Terms & Conditions.
The NBA Entities or Organizer may require proof of age, identity, registration confirmation, or other documents as a condition of entry.
The NBA Entities or Organizer reserve the right to deny admission to any person who does not satisfy the Event requirements or who fails to provide required information or documentation.

3. Registration
Admission to the Event is free but requires advance registration, unless otherwise stated by the NBA Entities or Organizer.
Registration does not guarantee admission. Entry is subject to venue capacity, security screening, health and safety requirements, operational requirements, and compliance with these Official Terms & Conditions.
Each registration is personal to the registered attendee and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, exchanged, or otherwise commercially exploited without the prior written consent of the NBA Entities or Organizer.
The NBA Entities or Organizer may cancel, invalidate or refuse any registration that appears to be incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, duplicated, generated by automated means, or obtained in violation of these Official Terms & Conditions.
The Event consists of the following sessions, each of which requires separate registration:
(a) August 29 – General Admission;
(b) August 29 – Musical Act;
(c) August 30 – General Admission; and
(d) August 30 – Musical Act.
Participants must register for the specific session they intend to attend. Registration for one session does not grant access to any other session.

4. Admission and Capacity
Admission to the Event is on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to successful registration, capacity limits, security screening, and compliance with all applicable rules.
The NBA Entities, Organizer, venue and event personnel reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to:
(a) refuse entry;
(b) delay entry;
(c) require attendees to queue;
(d) require attendees to move between areas;
(e) remove any attendee from the Event;
(f) close any Event area;
(g) limit participation in any activity;
(h) modify Event operations; or
(i) impose additional admission, safety or security requirements.
No compensation, reimbursement or other remedy will be provided if an attendee is unable to enter or participate in the Event due to capacity limits, late arrival, failure to comply with requirements, or any other reason.
5. Security Screening and Prohibited Items
All attendees and their belongings may be subject to security screening before or during the Event.
The NBA Entities, Organizer, venue, security personnel and event staff may prohibit any item they consider unsafe, inappropriate, disruptive, or inconsistent with the Event experience.
The following items are prohibited and may be confiscated. Refusal to surrender these items may result in the revocation of access to the venue.
WEAPONS & DANGEROUS ITEMS
•    Weapons of any kind, including firearms, firearm replicas, knives, sharp objects, bats, clubs, baton sticks, and similar items
•    Any item deemed by venue management or event security to be dangerous
•    Mace, pepper spray, and similar self-defense devices
•    Illegal substances, illicit drugs, and loose medication
•    Candles, fireworks, pyrotechnics, lighters, and matches
•    Laser pointers and laser pens

BAGS & LUGGAGE
•    Bags, purses, clutches, backpacks, luggage, hard-sided bags, and other bags larger than 10 x 6 x 2 inches with the exception of Diaper bags and medical bags are permitted provided they do not exceed 14 x 14 x 6 inches.

SIGNS, BANNERS & OFFENSIVE MATERIALS
•    Flags, banners, signs, posters, placards, and other signage larger than 11 x 17 inches
•    Signs, banners, or flags attached to poles, sticks, or other rigid supports
•    Clothing, garments, signs, banners, shirts, or other paraphernalia containing offensive, explicit, profane, or derogatory content

PHOTOGRAPHY, RECORDING & AERIAL DEVICES
•    Drones of any kind
•    Professional cameras
•    Tripods, monopods, selfie sticks, and GoPro devices or poles

NOISE-MAKING & THROWABLE ITEMS
•    Whistles, horns, and other noise-making devices
•    Beach balls, frisbees, and other throwable objects

OTHER PROHIBITED ITEMS
•    Pets of any kind (except service animals where required by law)
•    Outside food and beverages (food and beverages are available for purchase inside the venue)
•    Strollers
•    Folding chairs and camping tents
•    Helmets
•    Aerosol cans
•    Any other item that may pose a safety or security risk to the event, venue, or attendees
Refusal to submit to security screening may result in denial of entry or removal from the Event.

6. Attendee Conduct
Attendees must conduct themselves in a safe, respectful and responsible manner at all times while attending or participating in the Event.
Attendees agree to:
(a) comply with these Official Terms & Conditions, all venue rules, security requirements and applicable laws;
(b) follow all instructions issued by the Organizer, the NBA Entities, venue personnel, security personnel, event staff and emergency responders;
(c) treat players, legends, performers, talent, sponsors, staff, guests and other attendees with respect and courtesy;
(d) refrain from engaging in disruptive, abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, violent, dangerous, unlawful, offensive or inappropriate conduct;
(e) refrain from throwing objects, entering restricted areas, interfering with Event operations or activities, damaging property, or engaging in conduct that may endanger the safety, comfort or enjoyment of others; and
(f) cooperate with all health, safety and security procedures implemented by the NBA Entities, Organizer or venue.
Without limiting the foregoing, attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the principles reflected in the NBA Fan Code of Conduct, including maintaining a safe, comfortable and enjoyable environment for all attendees and complying with directions from event and venue personnel.
The Organizer, NBA Entities and venue reserve the right, in their sole discretion and in addition to the rights set forth in Section 4, to refuse admission to, remove from the Event, or prohibit future attendance by, any individual whose conduct is deemed unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, inappropriate, or otherwise inconsistent with these Official Terms & Conditions, venue rules, the NBA Fan Code of Conduct, or the objectives of the Event. Such removal may occur without warning and without compensation of any kind.

7. Event Activities
The Event may include basketball skills activities, games, contests, sponsor activations, photo opportunities, appearances, performances, merchandise sales, giveaways or other activities.
Participation in any Event activity is voluntary and may be subject to additional eligibility requirements, waivers, rules, instructions or restrictions.
The NBA Entities or Organizer may limit, suspend, modify or cancel any activity at any time. Participation in one activity does not guarantee participation in any other activity.

8. Contests, Sweepstakes and Giveaways
Any Promotion conducted in connection with the Event may be subject to separate official rules.
In the event of any inconsistency between these Official Terms & Conditions and the separate rules for a specific Promotion, the specific rules will govern that activity.
Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives and immediate family members of the NBA Entities, Organizer, sponsors, agencies and other parties involved in the Event may be ineligible to participate in certain Promotions, subject to the applicable official rules.

9. Photography, Filming and Recording Release
The Event may be photographed, filmed, livestreamed, broadcast, recorded, published and otherwise captured by or on behalf of the Organizer, NBA Entities, sponsors, partners, media and other authorized parties.
Visible notices may be posted at Event entry points and within immersive experience areas to inform attendees that photography and filming are occurring.
By attending or participating in the Event, you acknowledge and agree that your name, image, likeness, voice, appearance, actions, performance, statements, biographical information, social media handle and other indicia of identity may be captured and used. You grant the Released Parties and their designees a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, irrevocable, sublicensable and transferable right to use such materials, in whole or in part, in any media now known or later developed, for any lawful purpose, without further notice, approval, consent or compensation. You waive any right to inspect or approve any such use and release the Released Parties from any claims arising from such use.

10. Attendee Photography and Recording
Attendees may take personal photos and videos at the Event, unless otherwise instructed by event personnel.
Attendees may not:
(a) use professional photography, videography, livestreaming or recording equipment without authorization;
(b) film backstage, restricted or non-public areas;
(c) interfere with Event operations or other attendees;
(d) exploit Event footage for commercial purposes without authorization;
(e) use NBA, team, player, sponsor or Event intellectual property in a misleading or unauthorized manner; or
(f) livestream or broadcast the Event where prohibited by the NBA Entities or Organizer.
The NBA Entities or Organizer may require any attendee to stop photographing, filming, recording or livestreaming at any time.

11. Health, Safety and Assumption of Risk
Attendance at the Event is voluntary.
You understand and agree that attending or participating in the Event may involve certain risks, including risks associated with crowds, loud noise, lighting effects, physical activities, basketball activities, interactive experiences, weather, transportation, food and beverage, actions of other attendees, and other risks that may be beyond the control of the Organizer or NBA Entities.
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your attendance at, travel to and from, and participation in the Event.
You are responsible for determining whether you are physically able to participate in any activity. If you have a medical condition, disability, injury, sensitivity to lights or sound, or other concern, you should assess your own suitability before participating and consult a medical professional where appropriate.
The NBA Entities or Organizer may require you to stop participating in any activity if it reasonably believes that continued participation may be unsafe.

12. Event Changes, Cancellation and Force Majeure
The NBA Entities and Organizer reserve the right to modify, postpone, suspend, cancel, relocate, shorten, extend or otherwise change the Event, any Event activity, date, time, venue, schedule, talent, performer, guest, sponsor activation, prize or feature at any time, with or without notice.
Appearances by NBA legends, players, talent, performers, celebrities, mascots, dancers, teams or other guests are subject to availability and may be changed or cancelled without notice.
The NBA Entities and Organizer will not be liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, public health emergencies, government actions, security threats, technical failures, or other force majeure events.
Because admission is free, no refund or compensation will be provided if the Event or any portion of the Event is modified, postponed, cancelled or unavailable.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Released Parties will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary or other damages arising out of or in connection with the Event.
Nothing in these Official Terms & Conditions excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Release
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claims, demands, actions, liabilities, losses, damages, costs or expenses arising out of or in connection with:
(a) your registration for the Event;
(b) your attendance at or participation in the Event;
(c) your breach of these Official Terms & Conditions;
(d) your violation of any law or third-party right;
(e) your conduct at the Event;
(f) your participation in any activity, contest, giveaway or activation;
(g) any use of your name, image, likeness, voice or other materials as described in these Official Terms & Conditions; or
(h) any injury, loss or damage occurring in connection with the Event.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claims, demands, actions, liabilities, losses, damages, costs or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Official Terms & Conditions, your violation of any law or third-party right, or your conduct at the Event.

15. Intellectual Property
All NBA names, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, designs, images, video, audio, graphics, content, team names, team logos, player imagery, Event branding and other intellectual property are owned by or licensed to the NBA Entities or their respective owners.
No attendee receives any right, title or interest in any NBA or third-party intellectual property by registering for or attending the Event.
Attendees may not use any Event, NBA, team, player, sponsor or partner intellectual property for commercial, promotional, political, fundraising or misleading purposes without prior written authorization.
Counterfeit merchandise, unauthorized sales, ambush marketing, unauthorized promotions and unauthorized use of NBA intellectual property are prohibited.

16. Sponsors and Third-Party Activations
The Event may include sponsor booths, partner activations, third-party activities, links, QR codes, promotions, products, services or offers.
Sponsors and third parties may have their own terms, conditions, privacy notices, eligibility requirements and rules. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with those terms before participating.
The NBA Entities and Organizer are not responsible for third-party products, services, offers, claims or conduct, except to the extent required by applicable law.

17. Food, Beverage and Alcohol
Food and beverages may be available at or near the Event, subject to venue rules and applicable law.
Alcohol may not be brought into the Event unless expressly permitted. If alcohol is served or sold, attendees must comply with legal drinking age requirements and any responsible drinking policies.
The NBA Entities, Organizer, venue and event personnel may refuse service, restrict consumption, or remove any attendee who appears intoxicated, impaired, disruptive or unsafe.

18. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Property
Attendees are responsible for their own belongings.
The Released Parties and event personnel are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or confiscated property.
Items left unattended may be removed, discarded, or turned over to venue security or lost-and-found.

19. Accessibility
The Organizer will use reasonable efforts to support accessibility at the Event in accordance with applicable law and venue capabilities.
Attendees requiring accessibility assistance should contact the Organizer in advance or speak with event personnel on site.
Accessibility arrangements may be subject to availability, operational requirements, venue infrastructure and safety considerations.

20. Compliance with Laws
Attendees must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, government orders, venue rules, security requirements and instructions from event personnel.
Any illegal, unsafe or unauthorized activity may result in removal from the Event and referral to law enforcement or relevant authorities.

21. Amendment of Terms
The NBA Entities may update, modify or supplement these Official Terms & Conditions at any time.
Any updated version may be posted on the Event website, registration page, or otherwise communicated to attendees.
Your continued registration for, entry into, attendance at, or participation in the Event after such update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

22. Governing Law and Venue
This Agreement is governed by, and shall be construed and enforced in accordance with, the Laws of the State of New York, United States of America, excluding its choice of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of, relating to, or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by the International Chamber of Commerce and conducted pursuant to its Rules of Arbitration by three arbitrators appointed in accordance with such Rules, with the two co-arbitrators having 30 days from the appointment of the second arbitrator to nominate the chair. The place of arbitration shall be New York County, New York, and the language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English. The arbitrators shall award to the prevailing party its costs, including its attorneys’ fees, incurred in connection with the arbitration. Judgment upon the award may be entered by any court having jurisdiction thereof. The parties waive irrevocably their right to any form of appeal, review or recourse to any judicial authority, insofar as such waiver may be validly made, with respect to any award of the arbitrators, including interim or partial awards, and including with respect to questions of law. You hereby waive any defense of lack of personal jurisdiction or forum non conveniens or other similar doctrine in any such arbitration and in connection with any legal proceedings concerning or arising out of any such arbitration (including proceedings to compel arbitration, stay litigation, issue interim measures of protection including attachments, confirm, recognize or enforce an arbitral award, or enforce a court judgment issued on an arbitral award) (“Ancillary Proceedings”). The parties hereby consent to the jurisdiction of the courts sitting in New York County, New York, in connection with any Ancillary Proceeding and agree that the prevailing party shall be awarded its costs, including its attorneys’ fees, incurred in connection with any Ancillary Proceeding.
If any provision of these Official Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Official Terms & Conditions, together with any applicable venue rules, NBA Terms of Use, NBA Privacy Notice and other instructions communicated by the NBA Entities or Organizer, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Organizer and NBA Entities with respect to your attendance at and participation in the Event.
