Eligibility:  The NBA ID Finals Sweepstakes with ENHYPEN (“Sweepstakes”) is only open to legal residents of Japan, who are the legal age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry (each, an “Entrant”). Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of NBA Properties, Inc. (“Sponsor”), NBA Media Ventures, LLC, the National Basketball Association (“NBA”), the Women’s National Basketball Association, the NBA 2K League, their collective member teams, and any applicable Players Union including but not limited to the National Basketball Players Association and the National Basketball Retired Players Association (collectively, the “NBA Entities”), and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, governors, owners, distributors, retailers, advertising/promotion agencies and teamDigital Promotions, Inc. (collectively, “Released Parties”), and the immediate family members (parent, spouse, sibling or child and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win a prize. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws. Void where prohibited by law. The information you provide as detailed below will only be used for the operation of the Sweepstakes purposes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws.

Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 7:00:00 pm Japan Standard Time on 2025 May 26 and ends at 11:59:59 pm Japan Standard Time on 2025 June 20 (“Sweepstakes Period”). 

How To Participate: During the Sweepstakes Period visit (https://nbaworld.jebbit.com/krorrf1y/) (the “Website”) and follow the instructions provided to enter the Sweepstakes.  Entry will require entrants to sign in or sign up for an NBA ID account. Limit one (1) Entry per NBA ID, person and e-mail address, regardless of the number of email addresses used. Additional entries received from any one person or email address thereafter during any one day will be void. As part of the registration process, you will be asked to agree to these Official rules and separately if you wish to receive promotional emails from the NBA.  Consenting to receive promotional emails is optional and is not required for sign up or participation in this Sweepstakes and will not impact your chances of winning.  

The NBA ID program is free. Data and usage rates may apply to download, installation, and use of the Sweepstakes’ mobile app (“App”) or of a mobile phone or other web-enabled device, check with your service provider for details on these and other charges. Wireless service is not available in all areas. Incomplete registrations are void. 

Released Parties are not responsible for lost, incomplete, illegible, late, misdirected, stolen, undelivered, misdirected, damaged, or garbled entries; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in transmission, interrupted or unavailable network, cable, satellite, Internet Service Provider (ISP), server or other connections; miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or technical failures; garbled, misrouted or scrambled transmissions; incomplete entries or communications; the cancellation or postponement of any game, or other errors; printing, typographical or other errors appearing within these Official Rules, in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, computer, electronic, mail or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, with limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize, or the cancellation or postponement of any events or games.  Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an Entrant who they believe has attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes.  ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE (INCLUDING THE SWEEPSTAKES WEBSITE) OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK ALL LEGAL AND EQUITABLE REMEDIES FROM AND AGAINST ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.  Entries that are in excess of the stated limits, incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, destroyed, forged, false, lost, late or misdirected, deceptive or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.   The use of automated or similar devices, which subvert the entry process, including but not limited to entries submitted using any bot, macro, script, or Sweepstakes service (or any other devices intended to automate any aspect of entry) to enter this Sweepstakes is prohibited and entries through such devices are void. The Website’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.  Illegible and/or incomplete entries and entries submitted by Entrants who do not meet the eligibility requirements (including all requirements with respect to age and residence) are void.  Those who do not follow all of the instructions, provide the required information in their entry form, or abide by these Official Rules or other instructions of the Sponsor may be disqualified. Entrants further agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and judges, which shall be final and binding.

Winner Determination: Winners will be selected on or about 2025 July 11 in an individual random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period by Administrator, an independent judging organization, whose decisions will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning the Prize will depend on the number of eligible entries received for the drawing. 

Winner Notification: By entering, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor and judges, which will be final and binding in all respects. The potential Prize winner will be notified by email, each potential Prize winner will receive 2 reminder emails (for a total of 3 emails) 

The potential Prize winners will be required to execute and return a Prize Claim form within (60) days of date of issuance of notification. Non-compliance with the foregoing or with these Official Rules in any way, the inability to contact a potential winner (as specified above) or return of prize or prize notification as non-deliverable may result in disqualification and, at Sponsor’s discretion, the awarding of the applicable prize to an alternate potential winner in a random drawing from among all remaining entries. Prize will be awarded to the person named on the applicable entry (subject to verification of eligibility and the terms of these Official Rules).  In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any Entrant, the Entrant will be deemed the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry provided that such individual is eligible and such individual complied with these Official Rules.  “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.  Proof (to Sponsor’s satisfaction) of being the authorized account holder may be required by Sponsor.  In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible.  The Released Parties are not responsible for electronic communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind, or insufficient space in Entrant’s e-mail account to receive e-mail messages.  The Released Parties are not responsible for false, incorrect, changed, incomplete or illegible contact information. In the event: (a) a potential winner cannot be reached for whatever reason after a reasonable effort has been exerted based on the information stated in the Registration, (b) of noncompliance with the above or within any of the aforesaid time periods, (c) a potential winner is found to be ineligible to enter this Sweepstakes or receive the given prize, (d) a potential winner cannot or does not comply with the Official Rules, (e) any email notification to a potential winner is returned as undeliverable for whatever reason, or (f) the potential winner declines to receive the prize to be awarded for whatever reason, the potential winner shall be disqualified from this Sweepstakes and  an alternate potential winner for the applicable prize will be selected in a random drawing from among all remaining entries.

Prizes: Three (3) Grand Prizes: Each Winner will receive (1) Signed NBA Merchandise item, (1) Signed NBA Authentic Ball, (1) Signed Photo, and (1) signed Album. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") = 33,035 Japanese Yen (“JPY“). Total ARV of prizes: 99,105 JPY.

All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of prizes not specified herein as being awarded, including, but not limited to, any taxes are each winner’s sole responsibility. Actual value of the Grand Prize is subject to market/player/member fluctuations.

Miscellaneous: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of prizes (or portion thereof) except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or applicable portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value (except as otherwise provided above), at its sole discretion and Entrant consents to the Sponsor's right to exercise such discretion. All taxes (including income and withholding taxes, if any), remitting the same, and all other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of a prize not specified herein as being awarded are winner’s sole responsibility. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to: 1.) disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, the operation of NBA.com, or any other component of this Sweepstakes, or who is otherwise in violation of these Official Rules; and 2.) modify, suspend or terminate this Sweepstakes for any reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, including should virus, bug, worm, unauthorized intervention or other causes, including but not limited to war, strikes, pandemic, terrorist activities, and/or acts of God, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes and, in the event of termination, at its discretion, select winner from among eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the event requiring such termination. By participating, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that: 1.) If selected as a prize winner, the Released Parties and their designees and assigns may use (unless prohibited by law) such Entrant’s name, voice, city/state/province/territory of residence, biographical information, photograph, and/or other visual likeness for advertising and/or trade purposes and/or for the purpose of posting his/her name on NBA.com and/or for TV or radio broadcasts and/or for any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known worldwide in perpetuity without further compensation, permission or notification; and 2.) Released Parties are released, will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by Entrants against any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind (whether due to negligence or otherwise) to person(s), including death, or property, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize, or participation in this Sweepstakes.  

Entry Information and Sweepstakes Communications:  As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, each Entrant gives consent for Sponsor to obtain and deliver his or her name, address and other information to teamDigital Promotions, Inc. for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes and to comply with applicable laws, regulations and rules.  Any information Entrants provide to Sponsor may be used to communicate with Entrant in relation to this Sweepstakes or on a Sweepstakes winner list. The information provided by Entrants will be used pursuant to the NBA’s privacy policy available at: http://www.nba.com/news/privacy_policy.html.
